Hello there! My name is Jacquees, and since my first name can be hard to pronounce, many clients call me by my middle name, Ghozt. I've been a personal/private trainer since 2017. I specialize in:

I've played many sports over the years including but not limited to, Football, Basketball and Track. Before COVID, I was accepted into the Olympic Trials for Track and Field in the 400m event. Currently, my passion is basketball. I don't only coach but also still play. I have 19 years of experience; I've played overseas in Valencia Spain, and currently training for the G-League. I specialize in:

• Finishes
• Moving without ball
My training is intense, as I not only train and strengthen the body but also the mind. One of my biggest priorities is health/nutrition. Doesn't do you any good if your body is unable to compete at a high level because you aren't getting the proper nutrition or recovering properly. I am currently working with a company to start a meal plan for my program for those joining. This way, players and clients are properly eating before workouts and especially after. As a man who leads by example, I have not consumed fast food or soda in the last 8 years, no pork in the last 3 years, and no fried food in the last 7 years. Now, I'm not saying you need to follow exactly what I'm doing; I'm just making it clear that there won't be anything I would tell a player or client to do that I haven't done myself or am continuing to do.
